Syndikat bleibt Unvermietbar!

Die Kiezkneipe Syndikat in der Weisestrasse in Neukölln konnte zwar geräumt werden, aber der Protest geht weiter. Die aus den Kiezversammlungen entstandene AG Unvermietbar verteilt Flyer in der Weisestrasse, damit Nachbarn eventuelle Interessent*innen an den Räumlichkeiten über das Risiko einer Anmietung informieren. Das ist sinnvoll, auch wenn es zur Zeit eher so aussieht , dass der Eigentümer Pears Global die Räume erstmal leerstehen lässt.

Hallo liebe Nachbar*innen,
wir brauchen Eure Unterstützung!
Nach der Räumung des Syndikats Anfang August wollen wir nicht, dass die Briefkastenfirma “Pears Global” den Laden einfach so weitervermieten kann. Wir wollen Pears Global und der Politik, die den verrückten und brutalen Polizeieinsatz veranlasst haben, zeigen, dass man so in unserer Nachbarschaft nicht durchkommt.
In die Weisestr. 56 gehört das Syndikat und sonst nichts! Wenn Ihr seht, dass mehrere Leute das Ladenlokal besichtigen wollen, vielleicht mit Handwerker*innen oder Security im Gepäck, gebt uns bitte Bescheid! Dazu könnt Ihr in der Lunte (Weisestr. 53) Menschen informieren oder eine eMail an syndikatbleibt@riseup.net schreiben.
Wenn Ihr Lust habt, wäre es natürlich super gut, wenn Ihr die Menschen selbst ansprecht. wir brauchen Eure Unterstützung!
Vorschlag, wie man Interessent*innen ansprechen kann:
“Hallo, ist das hier eine Besichtigung? Dann habe ich eine wichtige Information für Sie: Ich rate Ihnen davon ab! Im August wurde hier das Syndikat, eine Kiezkneipe, die seit 35 Jahren ansässig war, brutal geräumt. Die Nachbarschaft will hier keinen anderen Laden als das Syndikat. Es geht nicht gegen Sie — aber Sie werden hier wahrscheinlich nicht glücklich werden, unabhängig davon, was ihre Pläne sind. Und die Vermieter sind übrigens richtig schlimm, googlen Sie mal “Pears Global”. Schönen Tag noch und überlegen Sie sichs nochmal!”
Gerne könnt ihr die Ansprache abwandeln, vielleicht muss man auch Englisch reden (siehe Rückseite dieses Flyers).
Ihr müsst nicht sagen, wer ihr seid und könnnt einfach wieder gehen,wenn ihr gesagt habt, was ihr sagen wolltet. Einen Ratschlag zu geben ist nichts illegales. Wichtig: Die Interessent*innen sind nicht unsere Feind*innen, sondern Pears Global. Die Interessent*innen sollen sich nicht körperlich oder verbal bedroht fühlen.
Das Syndikat ist tot. Lang lebe das Syndikat!

We need your support!
After the Syndikat has been evicted at the beginning of August, we don’t want the accomodation address “Pears Global” to just resublet the space. We want to show Pears Global and the politicians who are responsible for this crazy and brutal police operation, that they will not get away with this in our neighborhood.
In Weisestr. 56 belongs Syndikat and nothing else!
If you see that several people want to visit the space, perhaps together with craftsmen/women* or security, please let us know! You can also inform people about this in Lunte (Weisestr. 53) or write an email to syndikatbleibt@riseup.net.
If you feel like it, it would of course be super good if you speak to the people yourself.
One suggestion how you could address interested parties:
“Hello, is this a viewing? Then I have some important information foryou: I recommend you to not rent that space! For 35 years the Syndikat, a neighborhood bar was in those rooms and it got brutally evicted in August. The neighborhood doesn’t want anything else in here than the Syndikat. It’s not against you – but you probably won’t be happy here no matter what your plans are. And the landlords are really bad by the way, google Pears Global. Have a nice day and think about it again!”
You are welcome to change the wording. You don’t have to say who you are and you can just leave when you’ve said what you wanted to say. Giving advice is not illegal. Important: The interested parties are not our enemies, but Pears Global. The interested parties should not feel physically or verbally threatened.
The Syndikat is dead. Long live the Syndikat!
